This past weekends movie was The Amityville Terror, and it wasn’t that bad. Just like a lot of what would you call them movie franchises or whatever they never get old. As long as they crank out different Amityville movies people will keep watching them and I am no exception. And to date I believe there are 17 Amityville movies.
Anytype of review for this movie is going to sound pretty much like any other one for this film series. A family moves into the Amityville house and they start to see things and start to go a little nuts.
In this movie, its all left to the daughter Hailey to figure out what’s going on with her family. Her aunt Shae is starting to slowly go crazy and starts on a murderous rampage. Will Hailey be able to figure everything out and stop Shae to save her family?
If you have free time this movie is worth the time.
Andre, recovering from a recent accident, agrees to help his friend Robert by taking over a house sitting job at a creepy home nestled in the hills above Los Angeles. As night comes, the house reveals its insidious nature as Andre begins hearing ominous sounds and experiencing strange occurrences throughout the house that lead him to believe he is not alone, and that someone, or something is in the house with him.

Another Saturday night and another horror flick to pick to watch…
The winner was It Watches, and that was about the only thing it’s going to win. It didn’t take long to figure things out with this movie. Maybe not all the details, but the gist of the plot.
The movie starts out with the main character Andre riding with his friend Robert through some whindy roads in California (and I must say some very shaky drone footage for these shots). They show up at a house overlooking Los Angles that Andre is going to be house sitting at because Robert has a TV show or something he has to shoot. The purpose for Andre house sitting is so he can take some time to recover from a car accident he recently got into that scrambled his brain a little bit. So Robert figured if Andre relaxed and took it easy for the weekend he may get some of his memory back.
After venturing around the house for awhile his girlfriend Rachel comes to visit and upon reviewing a video that Andre recorded earlier for his grandmother’s birthday, Rachel notices something move in the background of the video. This freaking both of them out, they soon get a visit from a neighbor up the road that is acting really weird. He’s claiming he got a call from the cops saying there are killers on the loose in the area, and as Andre goes around the house to make sure all the doors and windows are locked the neighbor gets slightly perverted with Rachel and chases her out of the house. When Andre returns the neighbor told him Rachel just left on her own and then Andre forces him to leave.
At this point, it seems like Andre is slowly losing his mind, or is it the house that he is watching? Will Andre get his memory back before it’s too late?
This movie was on Amazon, so I can’t complain too much. Didn’t cost me anything besides the 79 minutes of my life.
