Mini Movie Review:

To start off with I would have given this movie a 5 out of 5 if it wasn’t for the last quarter of the movie. Spent a majority of the movie thinking it was about one thing and all of the sudden it takes the biggest turn. I had no clue what was going on.

Also I was wondering the whole movie what was so special about Brett that he was having a documentary made about him. Was he someone important? A celebrity? I honestly didn’t know the answer until I was looking up the official synopsis for the movie and found out they were doing a documentary on the first time Brett went camping. Really? That’s what a film maker decided to make one on? Glad the movie turned out much better then the synopsis.

Well the movie is basically about a group of four friends that go up to the mountains to film a documentary. They all load into a small RV and make the trip. The documentary is about Brett but he is hating the idea from the beginning and spends the entire time complaining. They make it to their campsite and their first night there is perfect. The spend the evening partying and hanging out.

The second day things start to get a little weird the group takes a hike and they see a mysterious black figure in the valley. So this puts everyone on edge except for Ryan who actually wants to go look for this thing. As night comes Ryan pulls out the whiskey to try and get everyone into a better mood. Which is working until they start to hear weird noises and a mysterious man shows up at the campsite. They are all freaked out by this and decide to sleep in the RV for the night but when they wake up Brett is nowhere to be found. Will the group find him? Did the mysterious man get him? Or maybe the black figure.

If you need a good flick to watch and you have Amazon Prime you should check this out, just remember the back side of the movie gets a little weird.
