Mini Movie Review:
This is one of those movies I can watch over and over and not get bored with. Actually, I have a lot of those movies. This one though has a very original plot and really doesn’t rip any ideas from other movies.
The movie starts off with the character Loomis testing out an underground video game called Stay Alive. He has been playing with his friends Rex and Sarah. Loomis finds his friend’s characters died bodies in the game and decides to go tell them about it. When he gets to their room though he finds the pair dead. Loomis starts to hear noises and his house and checks them out, some unseen force pushes him through the banister and he ends up hanging the same way his character did in the video game.
At Loomis’ funeral, his sister Emma passes on the game to one of his friends Hutch who then decides to play it with all of his friends. But one by one the friends start dying the way they did in the game. Will anyone finish the game?
