Mini Movie Review:

This movie surprised me, it turned out a lot better then I figured it would. The thing that bummed me out the most was the fact they didn’t use the actual Villisca Axe Murder House or at least one that looked almost like it. I think there was one scene though where they did flash a quick glance of it but I am not sure. Not a fan of rewinding or fast forwarding using NetFlix.

This movie is your kind of run of the mill haunted house/demonic possession film. But it is really entertaining. Two friends plan on one more ghost investigation before one of them leaves town, and right before they get ready to leave the girl which is new to the area and an outcast shows up at their house and basically invites herself to come along. Which they did decide to take her. They end up going to the Axe Murder house to take a guided tour but they feel like to many things were left out of the tour so they decide to hang out and wait for the place to close and sneak back into the house.

When the tour guides leave the finally sneak back in through the basement and make it back up into the main house. When they decide to split up is when things start to go down hill. A couple of bullies from their high school find out they are there and decide to show up also to terrorize them. As one by one they get possessed by the ghosts of the house who will make it through the night? All of them? One of them? None of them? If you need something to watch, this is worth the time spent.
